TI World Champs 2023

Sunday officials. Can you please arrive at Entrance G (again) between 8-30am & 9am. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have submitted an application form, you are accepted to officiate UNLESS Master Donnelly has already spoken with you to inform you you are not needed.

ENTRY IS VIA ARENA ENTRANCE G ONLY

1. We need as many officials as possible to be at the Birmingham Arena for 7am on Saturday 21st July to help layout the competition area mats etc.

2. All other officials MUST arrive before 8.30am. The Officials entrance will close promptly on both days.

3. Anyone arriving AFTER the doors have closed will need to purchase a spectator’s ticket to gain entry into the venue.

T-SHIRTS

1. If you already have a “new style” Officials t-shirt, please ensure that you wear it for the day you are officiating.

2. If you have recently passed an officials course and are officiating, you will be able to collect a new style t-shirt first thing in the morning.

3. If the existing t-shirt you have is the “old style” then one will be available for you to collect at the Arena first thing in the morning.

4. If you are officiating on BOTH days, then you will be issued with an additional t-shirt for the second day.

SUPPLIES OF OFFICIALS T-SHIRTS WILL BE LIMITED SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BRING YOUR T-SHIRT WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE IT.


The entrance door for all officials will ONLY be open between 7am & 8-30am on the days of the tournament.

 

It is imperative that you enter the venue through the officials entrance (Entrance G AP7) during the opening times.  This is a securtiy requirement of the Arena.   There will be a list of officials on this door and you will then be issued with your officials ID (wristbands).

 

Any officials who are late and miss the closing time for this door (9am) will be required to pay a spectator fee to gain entrance to the Arena.
